1. Education: – Any Graduate
2. Having Good Communication, presentation skills , networking skills and negotiating skills.
3. Work experience :- 0-2 years in Real estate /MBA or PGDM
4. Male candidate with a vehicle is preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for sales of the Company’s Properties
- Follow up leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals
- Contacts Leads & Prospect
- Follow up on existing clients
- Gathering customer and market information.
- Accompany clients during site visits.
- Prompt response to client queries regarding construction work , financing , maintenance , repairs.
- Prepare & execute presentations
- Follow-up customer’ accounts
- Follow-up collections
- Prepare sales reports
- Handle customer service
- Developing and maintaining of database in system & Regular Reporting & Follow-ups
- Negotiate with customer over the price & closing the deal.
- Reviewing own sales performance and aiming to meet or exceeds targets.
- Candidate should be energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.
- Timely reporting on site visits and sales performance to management.
- Responsibilities of updating the flat availability list once the booking form received.
